MUZAK up!

I had a bit of free time today, so I decided to record a cover song for kicks :)

It's a cover of Bad Religion's "Sorrow", only instead of punk rock, it's a sorta folky version. You can listen to it right here in the music player on the right.

I attempted to make it sound like a live recording since my bedroom is dead as hell, but I couldn't get the reverb quite right... I even tried using convolution reverb which is all the craze right now, but I guess adobe audition's impulse selection kinda sucks.

Hopefully next time will be an original. When college finally starts to let up. Ugh.

ps. if you are wondering why the recording is so soft, yes, I do realize I can compress it to make it louder, but I left it uncompressed to preserve the dynamic range. If it's too soft, just turn it up :)
